Unable to save Scontrol created in Eclipse to the Salesforce Server / Box? Throws Error Message?

Hi,

Lately, I am unable to have save the scontrols and triggers created in Eclipse to the server. It gives this error?

Save error: Conflict found while preparing to save 'LoanerIssued_Checkbox.scf' to server.  Remote instance has been updated since last save or sync.  Use the Synchronize Perspective to resolve the conflict.    Salesforce_Cusomizations/src/unpackaged/scontrols    LoanerIssued_Checkbox.scf    line 1    1208287908574    3


Any idea?

It gives an error message saying - File only saved locally, not to the server.


Any idea how can I fix this?

Please advice.

Did you try using the Synchronize Perspective to resolve the conflict?  This usually means that someone has made a change to the Scontrol on the server at the same time you were changing it on the client.
