Multiple custom fields posting to a related list

Is there a way to create multiple custom fields on a campaign (customer 1, 2, 3, etc) and have each of them post to a campaign related list on an account?

Hi,

Edit the page layout for Account (in Edit mode!), then double click the Campaign related list at the bottom, a box will popup and you can specify which fields from Campaign you want to show on the related list on the Account page.
