Good question. I'm not sure this is an object available through sforce. If you look at a lead or contact, there is a related list called "HTML Email Status". Each entry in this list corresponds to an email sent to this person with an HTML format. Along with each of these entries is the # times that the recipient opened the email. That is the metric I would like to access. However, it doesn't appear to be a field on the Task object.

No, I was not able to resolve this. AFAIK, this data is not accessible.

Hi,

Just wondering if there was an update on this. Is there any way for an admin to determine the HTML Email Status results of emails sent by the application users? How can we access this data, and if we can't, why not?
