Looking for a CTI Adapter for AVAYA

Hi,

Do we have CTI Adapter for Avaya IP500 professional  in SFDC? . Please let me know, one of our clients wants us to integrate Call Manager with SFDC.

I'm not sure what the status is of adapters for the Avaya IP Office adapters, but the two companies I know have been working on it are Avaya itself and Envox.  You may want to start by contacting Envox (they're on the AppExchange) to see where they are with it.

ok thanks for the advice.

A number of your support case studies mention integration with Avaya telephony systems. DO most companies develop their own adapters using the CTI developer toolkit?

Hi, FredrickUN!

I recommend that you check Tenfold, a CTI that can integrate Salesforce with Avaya (and other phone systems).

Tenfold's key features include click-to-call, automatic call logging, a screen pop (caller ID), a call analytics dashboard, and more.

If you want to learn more about the Salesforce-Avaya integration via Tenfold, check this link:

Hey, FredrickUN!

Yes, FredrickUN!. Besides Avaya, there are some players in the industry that offer standalone adapters to embed Avaya call controls inside SFDC. You may try out NovelVox’s Smart CTI Connectors. They have wide options for CRM/ITSM integration and offer advanced UI/UX customization. Their USP is the custom screen pop flow that they offer on top of standard CTI integration features.
