Help with Campaign Custom Fields pointing back to related Lists

I have 5 custom lookup fields on a campaign:
- Customer (1)
- Customer (2)
- Customer (3)
- Customer (4)
- Customer (5)

All are lookup fields to Account

Only Customer 1 is filling in on the Account Related List. How can I put the other 4 on there?
