Is it possible to create a lead data bridge from salesforce to freecrm?

We use salesforce and have it set up so it works well with adwords integration and web to lead forms. We have new sales people coming on board who use freecrm, so rather than creating a new system in freecrm for them I would prefer to set up a mechanism to auto-export data from SF and import this lead data (including adwords data) into freecrm so we can use both systems simultaneously. If you have ideas of how I can do this, please let me know. Also, where is the best place to hire a salesforce consultant that is certified and quality? Any tips based on prior experience?

Thanks.

From Salesforce.com it's very easy -- you can use the web services API or output your leads to an XLS or CSV which you then import in FreeCRM.  The real question is the integration and import capabilities of FreeCRM.
