Hide Edit Link on ListView

Hi All,

I would like to hide/disable edit link on list view:

Action      Description        Modified Date

Edit | Del  blah blah blah     12/12/1990

Edit | Del  blah blah blah      01/01/2001

Is that possible?

I have a custom object on my opportunity and it is display in listview with checkbox, just as if you want to select multiple record. The problem is I don't have any features which allow user to check multiple records, so I want to disable them.

checkbox  edit | delete description  date

checkbox   edit | delete description  date

Yes, I remembered I was set it up from the related list in page layout, but since sfdc introduce new console/model on the page layout, I couldn't do it any longer.

Did you create a custom list button for this custom object? If so, there is an option (Display Checkboxes (for Multi-Record Selection)) that may be checked.

Hope that helps,
