crm sap and salesforce integration

Hi all,

My requirement is as follows:

Tight integration of SFDC and SAP CRM in order to make Business Partners in sync across the systems. This will be a two way integration wherein any changes made to any business partner must be reflected in the other system upon batch/ real-time execution.

I have to create an RFC destination to configure the crm xif adapter.

what parameters for sfdc for this?

regards

Hi Shilpi,

I'm not quite sure what your question is... but I'm guessing you want to use the standard SAP XI Web Service adapter to connect to Salesforce.com? If so, you'd usually provide the URL, username & password to connect.

Hope this is helpful.

Thanks,
Markus

Hi Shilpi,

There is a document available in Salesforce for the webservices Integration.

URL: http://developerforce.s3.amazonaws.com/books/WebServices-cheatsheet.pdf

I too didnt understand your question completely but am assuming that you may need the names of the functions and other nitti gritties for the Integration.

Let me know if this helps.

Check out an existing solution like Hubcase and their AppExchange app Hubcase for Salesforce.

Hubcase Exchange allows you to escalate or share cases to partners not using salesforce. It can serve as your post office for you to send cases out of your Salesforce to other systems.
