Uploading Attachments via Self-Service Portal
The SF documentation implies that it is possible for self-service users to upload attachments via the self-service portal:
"self-service super user who can view case information, add comments, and upload attachments"
I can't see any way to do this through SF - am I missing something, or is it only available via the API? Or do I not have the right version (I'm on Professional v6)?
