Force.com IDE - Error on Install

Tried to follow the instructions here; http://wiki.developerforce.com/index.php/Force.com_IDE_Installation_for_Eclipse_3.4.x

 

An Error Occured....

Tried to follow the trouble shooting instructions: However no luck.

 

This has taken about 4 hours now.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

I could have just paid money to Micro$oft to have this much trouble. The SalesForce experience hasn't been that great yet!

With no thanks to the folks that put together the install instructions, the instructions work with the JEE version of eclipse.
