gellis I am trying to add a block of text (not a field value) to a Quote Template regarding payment terms.
For example:
"Payment Terms:
Cheque, BACS, Credit Card.
Payable to Joe Bloggs Company etc"
Is this possible?
My workaround was to create a new text field, set default value to whatever text you wish to include on the PDF, then drop that text field into the PDF template. If you don't want your users to edit the text in that field, just don't put it into the details page layout.

I tried that, but the text field name was showing up on the template, and also the default value never showed up.
