Cannot Collapse Related Lists

Hi there. 

 

We have 1 user who is having problems with related list. They are simply shown fully expanded rather than showing default 5 with option to expand. Other users with same profile are working correctly. I have also ruled out browsers / computers being the problem.

 

The user cant even filter / sort columns also which makes it even more awkward. 


Any ideas?

Did you ask user to login to other machine?

yudhvirmor: apologies should have mentioned in previous post I have tried different PCs, Browsers and temporarily setting a different profile. No success.

at the bottom of the page layout, there is option that says" Always show me More Records" Try to click on it and give it a try

Dont know how I missed that. Initially it didnt make much of a difference but i noticed the URL had a string ?rowsperlist=1000

 

changed this to 5 clicked go and all back to normal.
