How to do the hierarchical relationship query of Oracle Select ... COnnect with .. start By under force.com reports ?

Demonstrating with an example

 

Org

 ----Org1

         ----Org11

                 -----Org111

         ----Org12

         ----Org13

 ----Org2 

 

Org,Org1,Org2 and etc are organizational units that are hierarchially realted. All are of same custom object.

A report is to be generated for its trasactions at any level followed by its successors.

Here if a report is to be generated for Org1 transactions then the report data should contain Org1,Org11,Org12,Org13,Org111 units transactions.
