How To Configure Generic SSO?

Hi

I've installed the Gneric SSO application into my developer SalesForce account. I can see the app. in my 'Installed Apps' list.

However when I try to follow the configuration information:

2/ Go to Setup|Company Profile|Company Information|SSO Gateway (URL) and put the URL as defined on this page

 The SSO Gateway field doesn't appear under the Company Information.

Does anyone know why not?

If you submit a case to support (from the Help & Training link), you can get salesforce.com support to enable the SSO option for you; you'll then have the options to put the gatway information and continue setup of your SSO implementation.

Thanks Larry. I did that, all I got in response was an SSO FAQ that didn't throw any new light on my porblem.

I'll raise another ticket.
