Udaya Bhaskar Help needed in Approval workflow
Hi All,
I have a requirement where the approval should be submitted to a queue(Group of users) and not to single user. this is needed so that any one part of this queue can approve the request.
Can some one tell me how to proceed ahead on this requirement..as the standard functionality allows to assign to a single user.

You can do this currently with approvals. However, queue support is limited to leads, cases and custom objects.
If you are creating an approval process against any of these objects, then make sure you create a queue for that object and select the Queue as the option in the "Select Approver" section (Step 3) when creating the Approval Step.
