Is there a way to customize 

 

setup > Create > Workflow & Approvals > Approval Process 

 

I need to add another page Block under

Inactive Approval Processes

also I need to add my custom process under Create New Approval Process Drop Down

I think you are asking to modify the layout in the Setup pages, this is not possible. Best, Sati
