Button to create an email that would gather all of the Product Line items from an Opportunity

Is there existing code to send an email from an Opportunity with the Product Line Items without going through the cumbersome create mail mergedoc with Opportunity Product Line items / doc save to desktop / create email / attach doc from desktop and send process?  Essentially, being able to go to the Opportunity and invoke an email that would gather all of the Product Line items.
