Problem with intellisync. Outlook shuts down when intellisync is installed.

Hi.

The following problem:

Using "Enterprise Vault" for Microsoft Outlook and intellisync is installed.
- Archived enclosures can be opened no more and error messages accrue.

If the intellisync application is deleted, everything will work again.

Does someone know a solution for this problem?
