I couldn't discern this from TN-17, but does the External ID field type enforce uniqueness?

I would like to confirm the availability/non-availability of the following in API 7.0:

1. Access to emailtemplates
2. access to reports.

If they are not available (as one of the messages in this thread suggest), is there a time frame for including these features ?

External Id doesn't enforce uniqueness in this release, but there will be an option in a future release to have it enforce uniqueness

EmailTemplates are not in 7. They are on the roadmap.

Access to reports - log a ticket and let us know your use case. We might be able to make something available to you.
