Error when downloading IDE for Eclipse

Followed steps to download IDE 3.5 and got the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: IDE (
Missing requirement: IDE Core (com.salesforce.ide.core requires 'bundle org.eclipse.core.resources [3.3.0,3.6.0)' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:
    From: IDE (
    To: com.salesforce.ide.core [19.0.0,20.0.0)

This kind of error usually represents a network/firewall issue where Eclipse is unable to download the files.  Eclipse's install manager is a little buggy so it may take a few tries for it to grab the files.  But if you go to the server directly you can see that all the files are available for download.

I downloaded 3.6 (Helios) for linux and am also having this same issue.  The org.eclipse.core.resources plugin is installed at version 3.6.  I've disabled my firewall locally.

Any idea what is blocking SF's plugin from being installed?

In the "Already Installed Software" link, when I display the "Plugin for org.eclipse.core.resources", it reports version"  Might the appended 201005... stuff be considered a newer version than the 3.3.0,3.6.0 requirement being listed for the Force Plugin and causing the grief?

Just a thought.

The IDE only supported Eclipse 3.5 and 3.4.  It does not yet support Eclipse 3.6.

My bad.  I selected the wrong link on the download site.  Sorry.

So what is the right link?
