SoapAction HTTP header Missing in WebMethod

Hi,

We are invoking Salesforce API's through Web Method (S/w AG EAI Platform).
But when we invoke login service it gives us error
"SOAPAction HTTP header missing".

Does anybody knows how to solve this problem?
