Adding a User as a Case Team Member when they comment on a case

How can I add a user as a Case Team Member when they add a comment or take action on a case?


It would be great if this automatically happened when a user commented on a case instead of manually adding them as a case team member.


You would have to write a trigger that looks at who created a case comment, it can't be done via Workflow.


If you use email to case, the Email to Case Premium product on the AppExchange can automatically add case team members when they are CCed on an inbound email.  It works for both Users and Contacts.
