Plz tell me how to remove Record Name from object.This record name was created defaultly at the time of creating Object.

As far as i know, and according to the SF documentation, the Record Name is required in all Objects, and cannot be removed.
Quoting the docs :
"Name : Identifier for the custom object record. This name appears in page layouts, related lists, lookup dialogs, search results, and key lists on tab home pages. By default, this field is added to the custom object page layout as a required field. "
