Hello all,
I have been asked to do some work on the Task page, and have a few questions.
1) Can I remove the "Schedule a follow up task" section. We don't use it, and it's clogging up my screen.
2) They would like to add a trigger of some kind that automatically fills in the comments field with some pre defined text if a certain option is selected from the type field. What is the easiest way to do this?

Bump. I am also looking to remove this as it is confusing for novice users. I do believe, however, that since the object was created by Salesforce, it is not editable at all. Can anyone confirm this?
1. Modify the page layout of Task and remove the button from the page layout. Just drag and drop in top box.
2. Please write workflow to update comments field on the basis of type of Task/Event
It is not a button. On the screen it is a separate section.
