Use Workflow to Change User Profile

Hello,

 

I am trying to find a way to automate the changing of a user's profile.  My criteria is that when a certain field is changed to a particular value, the user's profile should be changed.

 

Is anyone familiar with a method to do this, either through workflow or something more complicated?

Hi its simple way to configuration this requirement,

 

Steps:

1. Create 2 Page layouts for the object Assignee to the Profiles.

2. Create 2 Record Types for the same object.

3. Click Pagelayout Assignment button on Record type and Assignee page layout for record types.

4. Create a new workflow rule with entry criteria and field update with record type.
