getUpdated call

hi ,

I m using getupdated call and getting error ,

INVALID_REPLICATION_DATE: startDate cannot be more than 30 days ago

i m giving date in this format

startdate = 12/01/2008 23:45:56 AM

enddate = 14/01/2008 21:23:56 PM

anyone can help , it will be better if u help by giving an example
