digitsung External ID question
I am trying to use the External ID field to control the import process. It doesn't look like it is working. Is there additional help on this topic other than the few lines shown in the Help doc?

benjasikWhat object are you trying to import? ExternalId is only supported today on Custom Object and Solution in import. In the API, we support it on all objects with the upsert call. Note that for Accounts, contacts, leads you can dedup on email and name as well as on id
