How to Restrict users in Transferring cases
Hi
Our case management system is set to "Private", and we have Portal users and Support users.
How do we restrict the Support users NOT TO Transfer cases to the Portal users.
Uncheck the following permission 9administrative) on the User's profile you want to restrict the transferring the case.
" Transfer Record".

Thanks for your response. I tried this but this didnt work. In the portal user profile we do not have the option of unchecking "Transfer Record" option.
