For the new or existing Report Tool (the correct name is???): Is there a possibility to use a query language like SQL for accessing the data? If yes: Is it provided in the Professional Version License

There is no direct port from SOQL to SQL inside of Salesforce.  If you want to use SQL syntax you can look into 3rd party tools like DBAMP that can accomplish this for you.

 

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
