The Developer's Guide to the Force.com Platform - Where are the csv files to be found?

I have searched and cannot find the .csv files that go with this development guild.   I am looking for "locations.csv".   Anyone have a link to the zip file that contains it?

There was a thread about this before, I'm not sure if it exists.

I have that zip file.  It doesn't contain locations.csv, which is the first used in the tutorial.
