Help for Beta version roll out plan

Hi,

 

I have upload a Beta version for one of my Application. Now I want to add Beta version roll out plan for user.

Such as:

 

  • Setting up a simple Name/Email form to beta sign-up
  • Bug reporting by beta users using “Report a Bug” built into the app
  • Sending feedback

I need a solution where user can send all this things into a external mail account.

 

Plz help me ...................
