Can i blink the text in Apex?

Blinking text is a broswer coding, this would not be completed by apex. Also it is very browser specific, if you research Blinking text javascript you may be able to find a suitable solution, but most do not work for all browsers. See example: http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/jsref_blink.asp
