Enable remote access to Administrator

Hi,

 

I am a system admin and created a new user. I would like to enable remote access to administrator. How can I do that? Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

If you mean Remote Access with Grant login access you have to do the following logging in as the new User

Goto Setup --> My Personal Information --> Grant Login Access

There you will find section for login access to admin.
