Documents (overflow above Complimentary Document Storage)

I'm working on cleaning out some unused records in my SFDC account. i noticed that the "Storage Usage" window shows that Documents are taking up 626 KB. My problem is that I only have 2 document records and they are below 6 KB each. What is using the other 614 KB of storage? How can I clean this other storage out?
