sandbox, posting development changes back to production

I know I can pull the live version down to the sandbox.  The 'once per month' issue is annoying, but we can live with it.

Assuming I make some changes that I want to post back up from the sandbox back to production, how would I do that?  What if I only wanted to post back a portion of my changes?

Thanks,

We dont' provide a way to automatically make incremental changes back to production, this is on our roadmap for Sandbox.

You can export customization to the AppExchange and then import into your production org.

I do know of a partner who has built a tool that allows you to diff all your changes from Sandbox and Production, I'll see if they are ready to show it off.  Once you have this, then it's not too hard to manually apply the changes.
