Remove access to Queue for a manager

Hi All

 

We have a user who has access to a queue because of his role as it says (Manager of Queue Member).

We would look like to remove access to this queue for this user, with out removing the role from the queue for which the user is the manager.

Is it possible? I did search the help and discussion forums but couldnt find anything related this.

Any pointers will be great help.

I have no clue, I thought about this one for awhile, just dont see a solution to your issue besides changing their profile or individualy assigning members to the queue.

If you want to remove write/change access for specific object then you can write a trigger on that object and prevent changes from specific users. It will not work if you want to remove read access.

Atul, that does not answer Swap50's question. Is there a way to not include managers in the queue?
