I would like to first start off saying that I am very very VERY green to this environment. So I apologize with the very little knowledge that I can come to the table with. 2. I would like to have a rule that will check to make sure that all tasks are completed before a case is closed. I really appreciate any help!!! Thanks!
You really should make the subject of your posts relate to the content of them.
To do this, you can write an Apex trigger on before update of Case which checks if the person is trying to close the case and whether there are any open Tasks associated with it, and blocks the update from happening if there are open tasks.
