"Weekly Update Reminder for Your Team" Question

One of the branch managers in my company receives a Weekly Update Reminder for his team every Thursday.  However, he can only see the users in a role BELOW him.  He would like his own information to be included in the report and it is not.

 

Is there a way to customize this so his own information is included?
