Formula to look up Self Serve User screen
Hi, I am trying to create a formula so that Case_Mgt_Potal_Login__c on Contact object is checked if the
'Active' field on Self Serve User screen is checked. The challenge, after talking to their tech support, is that the standard formula and workflow rules won't work for Self Serve User fields. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions? Thanks in advance.
