Knowledge - lookup to articles

Hello,

Can anyone tell me :

Am I missing something or it's not possible to create a lookup relationship to Articles ?

Thats something i definitely need.

So, at this point, should I create something like a String field on my Custom Object that will store the article id and make another SOQL query to fetch it every time additionally ?

Your statement is correct, today, you cannot create lookup to articles. We are working to enable this features next year.

I am also here to look for this feature.  What is it taking so long ?  We ended up building a custom link drilldown back to the Article, not ideal, but that's what we have to do now I guess.

Hello, definitely needed. We are trying to build a Table of Content indexing articles in a structured ordered list.
We have created a TOC_item custom object which should include per each item of the TOC the lookup field to the related knowledge article. But it still seems not to be possibe.

Is anyone trying to do something similar?
