Unable to read Encrypted Fields in Portal
Why can I not read Encryped Fields in the Portal.
I have a SalesForce license and a Force license and we can not read the encrypted Fields.
Need help please
Are you trying to use the Encrypted field in Customer Portal?
If Yes, Customer portal user is a different license type than the Salesforce user. It may or may not be able to give rights to Portal user to view encrypted data. View encryption rights are configurable from the porfile.
This is what I have, I was told that I have both a SalesForce License and a Force License.
Please see attached if this looks Right???????
What am I missing please in order to see the Encrypted text Fields from SalesForce.com

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO ASSIST ME.
I am not having any luck with Salesforce for replying to my requests that I have sent. I have one help ticket that is dated September 21st and we are now the 27th. And to this question it is now 1 day old. I am dying here and no support what so ever.
