Issue Apex Data Loader 23

When I am running the Executable I see this error.

 

"Could not find the main class. Program will exit"

 

Any suggestions Please.

I downloaded it from my sandbox preview Wintner '12 org and tried it, and then I got the same error.

Maybe it's in beta version or something and not ready to run.

I tried Using the Apex Data Loader 22 and it is working as expected. Some thing is seriously wrong with the version 23.

I got the same error and opened a case with Salesforce.  They essentially told me it is not their problem and closed my case.
