Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this. The only way to do something like this would be to build your own Visualforce Page that would use APex to submit/reject the approvals. You could then choose to display any daat you wanted.
In addition to this, you woul dhave to create your own Approvals related list so that your users woul dne have access to the defaul Approve/Reject link (because this would take them to the standard approval page).
