Formula fields in Tasks

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to create a formula field for tasks so that I can show the contact name, Account name  and a description of the task.

 

I can't seem to show that information.  

 

Anybody have any ideas?

I assume you are trying to pass that information to the task, unfortunately this is not possible with formulas, but you could do it by creating different custom buttons to create the task, and then pass these values on the URL.

Hi there,

 

Actually I am using calendar anything.  I want to show the tasks with more information than the subject.  So I want to show this information with a field.  Is there any possiblity of doing this beside a formula field?
