urgent please

hi!!

is it possible to load the package production from one organization to the sandbox of another different!!

if Yes,how can i do it !!

Hi Marco,

 

There are a couple ways to do this. Probabably the most straightforward is to create a package.

 

Go to Setup -> Create --> Package.

 

Clicking "Help for this Page" will give you more useful and accurate info than I can.

 

It may take some trial and error and you may find you need to create more than one package. Be sure you package up all pieces of your config, including objects, tabs, reports, folders, workflow... all the little bits that may relate to your core objects.

 

And make sure you don't package up config that may already exist in your destination. SFDC won't let you install the package and you may need to rebuild it from scratch. Again, if you have a lot of stuff to move, you might have better luck (and less frustration) if you make smaller packages around different clumps of configuration, rather than spending a lot of time one one big package that you'll have to rebuild.
