I would like to migrate from Sugar CRM to salesforce....is ther any plugin to  migrate to salesforce.?

There are many middleware tools for data migration with legacy systems and Salesforce.com.

Castiron is one of them. its not free.

 

i would suggest you go and search in Appexchange
