Does anyone know of a relatively 'easy' way to implement Salesforce's Softphone / CTI & Vonage's SIP accounts???
werewolfAt one time AMC Technology looked at doing that integration, although I'm not clear on whether they ever actually completed it. I'd suggest you contact them via their AppExchange page and ask them. CTI usually isn't cheap though, so be forewarned.
