Microsoft Exchange synchronization

I know that there is a plugin (Connect for Microsoft Outlook) to synchronize SalesForce.com with Outlook.

In our case, people don't have Outlook on their desktop. They are mainly using OWA.
Therefore I think I need something
to synchronize SalesForce.com with their account in Microsoft Exchange.

Is it something possible with the current version ?

Thanks

Gaston

Hello, Gaston.

Yes, there is a sync option for Outlook Web Access.  Our Riva CRM Integration Server provides server-side integration between Exchange and Salesforce.  It does not use an Outlook plug-in.  ALL Exchange clients are supported, including Outlook Web Access, Outlook, Mac Mail, Entourage, etc.  You can read more about Riva at:
http://www.rivacrmintegration.com

And if you have a limited number of users who need to sync, they can use Riva Live, our SaaS sync option:

Best regards,

Aldo

Hello Gaston,

I read your message and I have a very good solution for you. There is an innovating product called CNS Media GateWay which can help you to intergrate MS Exchange (outlook) or any other MS server with salesforce or any other application. The CNS Media GateWay (MGW) is an innovative integration tool that successfully combines the cost-effectiveness and flexibility of custom code and the power and maintainability of integration suites. You can connect from any custom application like CRM softoware to MS Exchange (2000 - 2013), MS SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV and many more via the CNS ODBC and JDBC driver, thus accessing, for example, the entire Exchange mailbox from your custom application.

I hope that I helped you

This answer is a bit delayed, but may still be useful.

I recommend you to consider the Agile GrinMark to Exchange Synchronizer (GESync). It provides server-side integration between Salesforce and Exchange. Integration includes two-way synchronization of Contacts, Accounts, Leads, Meetings, Calls, Tasks; Archiving emails; special scenarios to replicate and create items like Opportunities and Cases from your email client. This solution works without any client-side plugins. No need for additional configuration of standard mobile or desktop email clients (Outlook, Entourage, Mac Mail, iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, etc.).

Microsoft Exchange: 2007, 2010, 2013, Office365

Free trial version is available so you can try GESync before making a decision.
http://www.grinmark.com/requesttrialform.html
http://www.grinmark.com/products/gesync/

If what you need is one-time synchronization, then trial mode may be enough to get required results.

Hi, we are in a hybrid email setup (on-premise exchange 2010 and office365) and having issues with synchronization. I'm able to connect salesforce using OAuth 2.0 for Microsoft Exchange. What is the difference between OAuth 2.0 for Microsoft Exchange and Service Account for Microsoft Exchange?
