Redirect to an external page but keep salesforce.com frame?

Is there a way to create a tab, that takes you to an external page, but have that page be displayed inside the salesforce.com frame?  So while the content the viewer will be viewing is located externally, it will appear as if it's showing up on salesforce.com's site?  Thanks!

Create a VF TAB. use apex:Iframe inside VF page.
