Converting a Lead to Account - remove default task reminder?

When converting a lead to an account, there is an option to have a reminder for the task that is created at that time.  This box is checked by default.  Is there a way to remove this as a default?

The task creation is optional. If you don't fill out the Subject field, then a task will not be created.

Thanks Sati.  I know the task is not required, but I was just hoping there was a way to change the default screen for converting a lead to an account.  Thanks again.
